About Me

Connection is at the heart of everything I do.

I have always known that I wanted to follow a career path where I could help people. This inspired me to become a Psychological Counsellor, but over time I have come to realise that the heart of my work is connection — creating spaces where people feel seen, heard, understood, and supported.

I do not have all the answers, but what I do have is a commitment to walk alongside you as you navigate the challenges and joys of life. Through my own journey of growth, change, and healing, I have learned the importance of caring for our mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing. These experiences have deepened my empathy and compassion for the journeys of others.

I believe that connection is at the centre of our wellbeing — our connection with ourselves, our relationships, and the world around us. This belief is also what drew me to Imago Relationship Facilitation. Imago is based on the understanding that relationships are one of our greatest opportunities for growth and healing. Through conscious communication and deeper understanding, we can learn to create healthier, more meaningful connections — not only with our partners, but also with family, friends, colleagues, and ourselves.

I am passionate about supporting adolescents and adults as they navigate seasons of transition, self-discovery, relationships, and personal growth. Whether through counselling, relationship facilitation, or workshops, my intention remains the same: to create a safe and compassionate space where people can reconnect with themselves and others.
